T.A.S Leisure Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented Human Resource Executive to join our team in our Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR function of our growing organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Support performance appraisal and staff evaluation processes
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR matters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Assist in training coordination and staff development programs
  • Prepare HR reports and support management when required
Qualifications
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
