Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination of the overall quality system within the HR Department to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Collate payroll documents, including new joiners, overtime, resignations, unpaid leave, allowances, and other relevant items, and submit them to the HR Manager.
  • Well versed in HRDF system.
  • To handle ESD and immigration related documents
  • Prepare, update, and maintain HR reports and records in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy for reference.
  • Handle preparation and submission of work permit applications for expatriate staff via MOE.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new staff.
  • Regularly update personal files, ensuring all required documents are included per the checklist.
  • Maintain compliance with safeguarding policies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of staff data in the HR system.
  • Foster a positive and conducive work environment and maintain harmonious employer-employee relationships.
  • Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including resume screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
  • Streamline and optimize recruitment processes to attract and select top talent efficiently.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries with accurate and thorough information and services.
  • Perform additional duties related to school administration as required.
  • Undertake ad-hoc HR functions and assignments as assigned.
