Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate these into effective HR strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on HR initiatives to drive business performance.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the skincare industry.
  • Involve in recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and high-quality candidate pool.
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process and review appraisal results to identify strengths, and areas for improvement across the organization.
  • Advise managers on effective performance management techniques and tools.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to determine appropriate disciplinary measures that compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to the business.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of HR experience in a similar role, with a focus on industrial relations, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management within a diverse workforce.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a commitment to fairness and equity.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
