Job summary

The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration and 2+ years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, while Mandarin knowledge is an advantage.

Job description
Human Resource and Administration Executive
  • Manage job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate interviews and share feedback with HODs, conduct initial orientation training to newly hired employees and update company database.
  • To prepare all relevant personnel letter such as appointment letter, salary review letter and any other letter related to administration and human resource.
  • To register new joined and update resigned employee in payroll system & PERKESO.
  • To follow up Job Description and on job training for new joined employee after orientation.
  • To manage all matters related to foreign worker employment included application, permit/ passport renewal & etc.
  • Liaise with government bodies such as Labour Office and Immigration Department etc. for new application or renewal of permit, license, certificate & etc. Coordinate with other departments to record, follow up and updating relevant and outstanding matter.
  • Periodical check on foreign worker hostel condition.
Employee Relation, Welfare & Training
  • To handle discipline matters caused by any employee as well as any grievances or complaints raised by employees on issues related to welfare, benefit and compensation matters.
  • Handling and assisting in the general administrative duties assigned, to plan employee welfare activities.
  • To prepare yearly Training Need Analysis. Arrange suitable training programme for employees under HRDF.
Administrative & Others
  • To liaise with government authorities & regulatory bodies such as HRDF, Labour Office etc. in relation to HR matters.
  • To maintain and update workers attendant files.
  • To prepare monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, HRDF etc timely & accurately.
  • To maintain proper records of all employees including those from foreign countries at all time.
  • To monitor the cleanliness and tidiness within company (5S).
  • To key in finished goods daily output into Accounting System.
  • To assist Supervisor/Executive/HODs in handling JKKP, Bomba, DOE, Halal & etc application, documentation and meeting minutes preparation.
  • To execute all activities under ISO 9001 to ensure all management systems directly or indirectly concerned with HR matters are fully compliance and properly implemented.
  • Able to do multitasking job and to perform any other duties when necessary at ad-hoc basis.
Job Requirement
  • Possess Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years & above experience in Human Resources/Administrative position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws and statutory bodies (EPF, PERKESO etc).
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
  • Team player, proactive and positive attitude.
