Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge or interest in foreign worker management and labour compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and contract administration for local and foreign workers.
  • Coordinate and liaise with manpower agencies on hiring, renewals, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, permits, and contract tracking.
  • Support HR administration, training coordination, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in handling employee queries and basic workforce-related issues.
  • Support HR data tracking, reporting, and workforce analysis.
  • Participate in employee engagement and HR initiatives.
