Job description
HR Social Media Content Creation/Design Senior Specialist

We are looking for a creative and hands‑on Senior Specialist HR Social Media Content Creation/Design to support and enhance our Talent Attraction activities across global markets. In this role, you will create engaging content, manage our employer branding social media channels, support campaigns, and help shape how we present ourselves as an employer across digital platforms.

You will produce visuals and videos, publish content across key channels, analyze performance data, and contribute to an authentic and engaging employer brand presence. If you enjoy combining creativity with data, storytelling, and community interaction, this role is for you.

Content Planning
  • Research and plan topics aligned with HR Social Media/Employer Branding goals
  • Define formats, objectives, target audiences, key messages, and visual concepts
  • Maintain the editorial calendar in collaboration with HR Social Media and Corporate Communications team
Content Creation
  • Create social media content such as images, videos, copy texts, and HR marketing materials (e.g. posters, flyers, and event materials)
  • Identify opportunities to further develop and optimize social media channels
Social Publishing & Paid Campaigns
  • Publish and manage (paid) content and campaigns across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Support campaign setup, including budgets, target audiences, campaign duration, and placements
Community Management
  • Monitor and engage with messages, comments, and mentions across employer branding channels and relevant platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Kununu, Glassdoor, Stepstone, Indeed)
KPI Monitoring & Analysis
  • Track performance and prepare monthly reports
  • Analyze KPIs, identify highlights and lowlights, and derive actionable recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies
  • Prepare clear content briefs and ensure alignment with employer brand guidelines
Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign)
  • Hands‑on experience managing social media channels (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Ability to create engaging visual and video content based on trends and employer branding needs
  • Experience with KPI reporting tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok & LinkedIn analytics) and campaign Management (Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Experience in community management across major platforms
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • A proactive, creative mindset
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Willingness to work effectively in a global team and adapt to different schedules
