Job description

As an HR Recruiter with Intrinseque Health', you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and securing top talent to support the company's continued growth and success. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job postings to screening applicants and conducting interviews. This is a full-time role based in Melaka, Melaka.

What you'll be doing
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
  • Write compelling job descriptions that attract high-quality candidates
  • Utilise a variety of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to identify suitable candidates
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the candidate experience through clear and responsive communication
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organisation
  • Continuously monitor and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
