Job summary

A leading HR services company in Johor is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations professional. You will support end-to-end onboarding, manage HR Helpdesk for a high ticket volume, and coordinate payroll and background verification processes. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of HR Operations experience, proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, and strong knowledge of local laws. This position requires high Excel proficiency to handle complex data efficiently.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations / HRSS.
• Mandatory experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• High proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR Helpdesk support for high ticket volume.
• Resolve payroll and attendance-related queries.
• Coordinate background verification and medical tests.

Key Qualifications
