Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee data management, foreign worker administration, and compliance. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and knowledge of Malaysian labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in executing the recruitment plan, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
  • Employee data management: Maintain and update employee information in the ERP system and name list;
  • Support foreign worker management, including quota applications, visa renewals, and dormitory management and etc.
  • Handle employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and separations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare HR-related documents for internal and external audits.
  • Assist in coordinating training programs and other learning initiatives.
Qualifications

a) Diploma or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field.
b) Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources roles.
c) Knowledge of foreign worker management and Malaysian Labour Law.
