Digital Initiatives / Data Management and Analytics
- Directs and leads the HR Digital programs to drive better efficiency and effectives
- Understand the overall HR Operational & Service delivery and to identify enhance business processes via digital solutions that will increase the overall through-put and reduce the unnecessary errors
- Manage data accuracy, integrity and security of data through robust compliance audit process
- Responsible for the region HR BPIs and to ensure accuracy and timely update
- Analyse all HR related data and statistics through standardize reporting for all countries and present findings that help to drive data driven culture & strategic decision-making process
- Oversee the daily issues or operation of the HR application team/ HRIS
HR transactional / Operational Excellence
- Continuously evaluate the end-to-end HR-processes to increase efficiency in delivering HR services to end users through digitization and digitalization
- Maintain a matrix of system security access for all levels of users and conduct regular audit to ensure compliance
- Provide leadership and active participation in HR Operations related projects across all countries
- One point contact for all HR Corporate Policies & Procedures
Annual Performance Appraisal & Calibration Process
- Drive annual performance management process across all countries and all business units.
- Establish performance management related policies and best practices to ensure high performance culture.
- Develop & implement the compensation-mix in the aspect of fix cash and variable cash for the employees in the Sales & Non-Sales roles in alignment to the performance philosophy of the Company.
- Establish the annual salary structure movement, recommend salary budget and aligning merit increase matrix to achieve planned budget and business goals.
- Conduct Market Survey & Analysis as necessary to ensure alignment with the Market for attraction and retention.
Work Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field with minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in the similar capacity
- Experience in designing and structuring compensation and benefits packages, and measure their success
- Possess desire and ability to understand the business to develop appropriate rewards plans & programs
- Demonstrate ability and sound financial management and budgeting skills
- Demonstrate the ability to make informed decision based on a set of HR analytics, data and statistics
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Must possess the highest professional and personal standards, unquestioned integrity and business ethics
- Must be prepared to defend their position on significant issues and drive change when necessary
