A leading HR service provider in Malaysia is seeking an HR Manager to oversee full HR activities, including recruitment, payroll, and compliance with government regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Human Resource Management and have a minimum of 5 years experience in the service industry. Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws and excellent communication skills are essential. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in the service industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian Labour Law.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality relating to HR.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR activities including recruitment and payroll processing.
  • Manage compliance with immigration regulations for foreign workers.
  • Lead employee engagement programs and conduct orientation training.
