Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation, leaves).
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads and process resumes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
  • Provide orientations for new employees.
  • Provide administrative support for HR executives.

Skills

  • Required Skill(s): Computer literacy, experience with MS Office applications, knowledge of Labor Legislation.
  • Preferably Junior/Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Candidate will act as a General HR for this job position.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in English, and able to speak in Mandarin would be an advantage (to deal with Mandarin speaking Management/client).
