Responsibility
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR documents, and induction schedules.
- Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews and clearance paperwork.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, attendance, and leave management.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Assist in payroll inputs and coordination with finance.
4. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities.
- Address employee queries and elevate issues when necessary.
- Foster positive employee relations and contribute to a healthy workplace environment.
5. Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles and KPI tracking.
- Follow up with managers and employees on performance-related processes.
6. Policy & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company HR policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in policy development, review, and implementation.
