Job Description

We are looking for a Junior / Senior HR Executive to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to manage payroll processing for our F&B operations using Panda HRMS software, while also supporting general HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payroll for restaurant staff accurately and on time using Panda HRMS.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leaves, and overtime.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Support HR administration including staff queries, documentation, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure smooth HR operations within the F&B outlets.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Familiarity with Panda HRMS software is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

What we're looking for
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in HR or payroll processing; experience in the F&B or hospitality sector is preferred.
  • Payroll Knowledge: Must have experience handling payroll for multiple outlets/staff using HRMS software (Panda HRMS is a plus).
  • Employment Compliance: Familiarity with Malaysia Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/Income Tax requirements, and leave entitlements.
  • HR Administration: Ability to handle recruitment, onboarding, staff documentation, leave management, attendance tracking, and HR reporting.
  • Skills: Detail‑oriented, organized, and accurate.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Comfortable liaising with management and outlet teams.
  • Work Style: Proactive, able to multitask, and work under deadlines (especially payroll cut‑off dates).
