Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking a Human Resource Executive in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The HR Executive will manage full-spectrum HR functions, including successful recruiting, performance management, and payroll processing for approximately 300 employees in the construction and manufacturing sectors. Candidates must have a Diploma or Degree in HR or Business Administration and at least 2-3 years of HR experience. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Mandarin are advantageous. This is a vital role supporting the company's growing HR needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years full spectrum of HR working experience.
  • Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage as the company has Mandarin speaking staff.

Overview

Human Resource Executive / Senior Executive

You equipped with these skillset:-

Responsible and accountable for the following:

  • Sound knowledge of Full Spectrum of HR function as HR generalist
  • Successful recruiting and job matching
  • Careful screening for performance, safety and security concerns, and labor law compliance
  • Job postings and interview support
  • Bi-monthly payroll processing for total 300 employee for construction, quarry and manufacturing.
  • Creating effective Essential Function Job Descriptions
  • Performance management systems
  • Separation strategies to prevent wrongful termination claims
  • To administer industrial relations matters relating to staff discipline, grievances, domestic inquiries and labour department issues as and when required
Secondary roles

To work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment and selection requirements in order to meet hiring needs on a timely basis

To design job advertisements in strategic sites and web portals

To work closely with recruiters / headhunters in sourcing for the right candidates

To manage the day-to-day hiring process which includes skills assessments, reference checks, the offer process, salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines.

To administer the application of visas and work permits for expatriates and staff who are required to travel overseas on Company’s business, and liaise with the agents and Immigration department on this matter

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 would be an added advantage

To update Company and departmental organization chart and job description for ISO

To handle Foreign Workers application and in and out procedure.

Qualification
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years full spectrum of HR working experience
  • Able to speak Mandarin would be added advantage as company with Mandarin speaking staff force.
  • Self Motivated, Problem solver with high analytical skill set and mindset.
