Job description

As an HR Executive at HERO 99 SDN. BHD.', you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resource function of our growing organisation. Based in Masai Johor, this full-time position will see you contributing to various HR initiatives and processes, ensuring our employees receive exceptional support and care.

What you'll be doing

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and salary negotiation.

Conduct new hire orientation and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.

HR Operations & Compliance

Assist in HR operations including payroll, leave management, staff claims, and other employee matters.

Process monthly payroll and ensure statutory compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, and HRDF.

Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and verify overtime submissions against attendance records.

Handle employee grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.

Enforce HR policies and respond to employee inquiries on HR matters.

Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.

Employee Records & Documentation

Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems regularly.

Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, memos, and notices.

Maintain an organized and confidential filing system for HR documents.

Employee Engagement

Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and team-building activities.

Audit & Compliance Support

Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation for ISO, HALAL, and other internal/external audits.

Administrative Support

Help renew company licensing, company car road tax and insurance in a timely manner.

Other Duties

Perform other HR-related duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

What we're looking forelated field

1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or in-house environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle a diverse range of HR responsibilities

Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data

A team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach
