Job Title

Human Resources Executive

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation programs to ensure employees are familiar with company values, policies, culture, and expectations.
  • Coordinate training programs, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), scheduling, and tracking to enhance employees’ skills and performance.
  • Provide continuous development opportunities to support employee growth and operational excellence.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns to maintain positive morale, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives to foster a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.
  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies, memos, circulars, and notices to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Support general HR administrative functions, including workplace facilities coordination and documentation management.
  • Prepare HR letters such as employment, transfer, promotion, confirmation, and resignation letters.
  • Monitor employee confirmation status and follow up with Heads of Department for performance review submissions.
  • Manage and support assigned HR projects, including the implementation of new HRIS systems.
