Job description
Overview

Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Studies / Administration/ Management or relevant field. Minimum 5 years of working experience as an Admin Executive in manufacturing. Prefer Japanese (similar to us is better). Ex employees of Japanese manufacturing are fine, but not current employees.

Strong in administration, general contact management, factory building and facility maintenance, vehicles maintenance. Familiar in dealing with local authorities such as MBSA, BOMBA, TNB etc. Able to do analysis and simulation. BMI: Please confirm BMI is normal (Body Mass Index above 30 is not acceptable).

Responsibilities
  • To oversee Admin functions and HR support in the company.
  • Ensure maintenance and upkeep of the office, factory compound, canteen facilities, equipment, infrastructure and company assets e.g., firefighting equipment, pump house, power house & others.
  • Responsible for general administrative matters e.g., utilities, general contract management, permit licenses renewal, security management, staff welfare, office material printing/purchase, pest control, panel clinic, etc.
  • Responsible in foreign worker management, including work permits, passes and related procedures.
  • Ensure hostel management comply with the Employees’ Standards of Housing Accommodations Act 1990.
  • Responsible in ensuring the establishing, implementing and maintaining ISO IMS documentation and records, related to HR & Admin function, achieve the documented requirements.
  • Perform any other related or ad-hoc duties as Management may require from time to time.
