Job summary

A leading F&B company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR professional to manage recruitment, maintain employee records, and assist with HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or higher in Human Resources, with at least two years of experience in the industry. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are required. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must; Mandarin is advantageous. This role provides an opportunity to shape HR practices in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and HR systems.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, and reports.
  • Manage attendance, leave administration, and HR-related queries.
  • Coordinate training, performance appraisal, and HR activities.
  • Provide support in HR projects and other ad hoc assignments.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Diploma in Human Resources or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years working experience in F&B industry preferred.
  • Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Infectious energy that fosters connections at all levels of the organization
  • Outstanding organizational skills coupled with a keen eye for detail
  • Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet the deadline
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage
