Job summary

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
- Coordinate with project teams and department heads to identify manpower requirements.
- Manage mobilization and demobilization of employees to project sites.
- Prepare and update manpower lists, deployment schedules, and site entry documents.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and site representatives for gate pass, work permit, and induction arrangements.
- Maintain up-to-date employee database and manpower tracking reports.
- Assist in maintaining employee personal files and HR records (contracts, certificates, medical, etc.).
- Ensure all HR-related documents and data are properly filed and kept confidential.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Additional HR-related certification or training will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in Human Resources, Administration, or Manpower Coordination.
- Experience in oil & gas, construction, or engineering industries is preferred.
- Familiar with site mobilization, gate pass applications, and client coordination (e.g., Petronas, Shell, or similar).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employee documentation, and attendance/leave management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
