about the job

This is a high-visibility HR & Project Operations role designed for an administrator who thrives on logistics and "site-ready" compliance. You will not just be managing data; you will be the essential link that gets personnel onto remote Australian sites safely and efficiently.

  • Mobilization & Compliance: You will coordinate pre-employment medicals, manage site-specific inductions, and ensure all employees have the correct PPE before deployment.
  • Logistics & Travel: You will take full ownership of flight and accommodation bookings for teams traveling to diverse and remote locations.
  • Systems Management: You will handle timesheet submissions via Pronto and maintain meticulous records within a Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environment.
  • Support: You will provide remote administrative support to the broader HR team and ensure seamless organizational effectiveness.

You will report directly to a Senior Project Manager based in Australia, providing you with high-level exposure to international project management styles. Locally, you will work alongside an established HR Administrator who manages data within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The team culture is professional, fast-paced, and highly collaborative, utilizing Microsoft Teams and Outlook to bridge the gap between the KL hub and the Australian HQ. This is a "new headcount" role, offering you the chance to help shape the administrative processes for a growing team.
