Job description

Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Human Resource Management, Administration Management, Business Administration, etc. are preferred.

With more than 2 years of relevant work experience in personnel and administration. Those who have worked in Malaysia or multinational companies are preferred..

Familiar with local labor laws and regulations, personnel policies and administrative affair handling procedures in Malaysia.

Have good professional knowledge of human resource management and administrative management, and master the operational skills of modules such as recruitment, training, and employee relations.

Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and have basic data analysis ability.

Have strong communication and coordination skills, organizational skills and problem - solving abilities.

Be serious, responsible, rigorous and meticulous in work, with a good sense of teamwork and confidentiality.

Have strong adaptability and stress - resistance ability, being able to handle the cumbersome personnel and administrative affairs.

Monday to Friday, [8:30 am] - [6:00 pm], (adjusted according to local Malaysian holidays and the actual situation of the company

Employee Recruitment

Responsible for the entire recruitment process of employees, including posting recruitment information, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and following up on employment offers. Ensure that the company can recruit suitable talents in a timely manner.

Employee Procedures

Handle procedures such as employee on - boarding, off - boarding, probationary 转正,transfer, and attendance. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of employee personnel files.

Policy Formulation and Supervision

Assist in formulating and improving the company's personnel management systems and processes, and supervise their implementation.

Employee Training

Organize employee training activities, including new - employee on - boarding training and job - skill training, to improve employees' comprehensive qualities and professional capabilities.

Employee Relations Management

Handle employee - related affairs, such as employee communication and labor dispute mediation, to create a good working atmosphere. Proficient in using the
