A leading media company in Kuala Selangor is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the recruitment process, handle employee procedures, and develop training programs. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in HR management with a strong grasp of local labor regulations. Familiar with local labor laws and regulations, personnel policies and administrative affair handling procedures in Malaysia.
Have good professional knowledge of human resource management and administrative management, and master the operational skills of modules such as recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and have basic data analysis ability.
Have strong communication and coordination skills, organizational skills and problem - solving abilities.
Be serious, responsible, rigorous and meticulous in work, with a good sense of teamwork and confidentiality.
Have strong adaptability and stress - resistance ability, being able to handle the cumbersome personnel and administrative affairs.

Responsible for the entire recruitment process of employees, including posting recruitment information, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and following up on employment offers. Ensure that the company can recruit suitable talents in a timely manner.
Handle procedures such as employee on - boarding, off - boarding, probationary 转正,transfer, and attendance. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of employee personnel files.
Assist in formulating and improving the company's personnel management systems and processes, and supervise their implementation.
Organize employee training activities, including new - employee on - boarding training and job - skill training, to improve employees' comprehensive qualities and professional capabilities.
