Mandarin speaking is required (work with China counterpart).

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and office administration.
  • Lead recruitment activities, utilizing appropriate hiring channels and collaborating with recruitment partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and related immigration matters in compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices adhere to statutory requirements and industry standards.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions, while safeguarding organizational and employee interests.
  • Support site administration activities such as attendance monitoring, workforce deployment, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and the employee handbook.
  • Prepare HR reports, support audits, and contribute to HR planning and analysis.
  • In charge of expatriate & foreign worker application/renewal of Working Permit.
  • Any other jobs that will be assigned by the supervisor or the Management from time to time, and as and when necessary.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • 10 relevant experience in HR and administrative management, ideally within industries such as manufacturing.
  • Solid understanding of employment regulations and workforce management practices.
  • Knowledge of work pass and immigration processes is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay, with the ability to provide language support and facilitate cross-cultural understanding.
