About the Role: Jiemei (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Executive / Officer to join our vibrant team in Seremban. This full-time position offers a chance to manage key HR and administrative operations to support our growing business.

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluent in Mandarin – Required for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients & colleagues
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in HR & Admin
  • A team player with strong initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
Training & Development
  • Conduct annual training needs analysis and propose training plans
  • Track training progress and manage training budget
    Payroll & Benefits
    • Prepare and process monthly payroll, incentives, increments, and bonuses
    • Handle salary discrepancies and update employee handbook as needed
    Safety & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (FMA, OSHA, EQA)
    • Enhance workplace safety and environmental programs
    General Admin & Employee Welfare
    • Review service contracts (cleaning, medical, security) annually
    • Oversee employee hostel arrangements and welfare activities
