A leading mobility services provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR and Administration Officer. The role involves processing payroll, monitoring staff data, and overseeing daily office operations. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Human Resources, at least 2 years of HR experience, and knowledge of Malaysian employment laws. Strong communication skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Immediate availability is preferred.
Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and EIS.
Monitor staff attendance and leave records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data.
Assist in verifying payroll-related information such as allowances, overtime hours, and incentives.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee contracts, benefits, and personal files.
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and offboarding.
Support recruitment activities, interview coordination, and new hire orientation.
Prepare monthly HR and administrative reports to support management decision-making.
Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with the Employment Act and relevant labour regulations.
Oversee daily office administration, including office supplies, assets, and facilities maintenance.
Handle office coordination and provide administrative support to management, including any ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Support the renewal of business licenses, premises, and counter rental agreements.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar HR or administrative role.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, HR best practices, and statutory requirements.
Well-organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Immediate availability is an added advantage.
