Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar hotel operational setting.
• Familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle and assist in department training and orientation.
• Demonstrate to Housekeeping attendants how to perform each task.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments.
• Monitor daily arrivals according to occupancy report.
• Supervise and inspect the work of housekeeping attendants.
• Ensure the Housekeeping office and storage facilities are well-kept.
