Requirement
  • Preferred at least 1 year of experience in a similar front desk or customer service role in the hospitality industry but Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply, training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to handle a variety of tasks

  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
  • Familiarity with hotel front office systems and procedures
  • Shift Rotation: Shift 1: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. (1 hour break time)
  • Shift 2: 8:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. (1 hour break time)
Responsibility
  • Warmly welcome and check-in/check-out guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Effectively handle guest reservations, room assignments and billing
  • Provide information and recommendations about the hotel's facilities, services and the local area
  • Assist with luggage handling and concierge services as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to guest interactions
  • Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
