As a front‑line representative, you’ll handle transactions, share local insights, anticipate guest needs, and embody our True Digital Hospitality promise.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills – be approachable for both compliments and concerns.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills that turn issues into opportunities.
  • Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
  • Literacy and basic tech proficiency (reading, writing, basic maths, computer use).
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree is a bonus).
  • Minimum one year of front‑desk or guest‑service experience.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs (23 kg); includes bending and kneeling.

  • Execute efficient check‑in/out procedures, manage IDs, keys, and safes.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest preferences, messages, requests, and concerns.
  • Act as a trusted contact for all guest issues, escalating to management when needed.
  • Follow safety procedures, report incidents, and wear required protective gear.
  • Present yourself as a brand ambassador with pride.
  • Stay informed about daily events and activities.
  • Assist colleagues with ad‑hoc duties as required.
