As the Hotel General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our operations, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence. You will be responsible for optimizing revenue, leading a high‑performing team, and delivering a world‑class experience that sets the new standard for luxury in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve the hotel’s profitability, revenue, and guest experience goals.
• Lead the property’s Management Team (HODs) to deliver a five‑star guest experience.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are upheld.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and service excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to develop luxury market revenue strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor key business metrics such as financial performance, market segmentation, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction to proactively adjust strategies.
• Ensure brand compliance and readiness for QA Audits.

Employee Engagement & HR Management

• Foster a high‑performance service culture, ensuring all employees are motivated and committed to excellence.
• Implement guest experience initiatives to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
• Build a strong team through coaching, leadership development, and open communication.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and uphold ethical HR practices.

Property Maintenance & Operations

• Work closely with the Operations Manager to implement a preventive maintenance program.
• Oversee all operational aspects to maximize return on investment and uphold the brand’s reputation.
• Ensure seamless daily hotel operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a 4‑star or 5‑star hotel or a well‑known hospitality brand.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure luxury hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and technology.
• Willing to work in i‑City, Shah Alam.
