Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel engineering or building maintenance, with some supervisory exposure.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and energy conservation methods.
• Familiarity with safety codes, regulations, and engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and civil works.
• Supervise and guide technicians, ensuring tasks are carried out safely and effectively.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, fire, and health regulations.
• Assist in preparing departmental reports, maintenance logs, and utility consumption summaries.
