A leading bakery and café chain in Malaysia seeks a Hospitality Specialist / Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional customer service, engage with customers, and maintain a welcoming environment. The role requires at least a Diploma and 1-2 years of relevant experience in a high-end service environment. Minimum Diploma studies in any field with 1-2 years of working experience in high-end service-related industry eg. hospitality, F&B, airlines, retail sales, etc.
Enthusiastic with a positive and patient attitude and possess a flair for customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to foster relationships with all levels of customers.
Observant and able to evaluate environment and customers for cues.
Pleasant demeanor, well-groomed, physically fit. Positive attitude, patient and proactive. Able to “think on your feet”.
Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality and available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Agile and flexible to travel within Malaysia.
