Healthcare Business Developer & Operations Manager

Origin Physio is a growing healthcare consultancy connecting physiotherapists, clinics, insurers, and wellness organisations across Johor Bahru and Singapore. We are seeking a proactive Healthcare Business Development & Operations Manager to support partnership development and business expansion.

This role is suitable for someone who is experienced, proactive, and able to support both strategy and execution.

This is not a clinical role. You do not need physiotherapy experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend potential partners (physiotherapy clinics, gyms, corporate HR, wellness centres).
• Assist in developing business development strategies, proposals, and presentation decks.
• Attend meetings with healthcare partners and corporate clients; take notes and manage follow-ups.
• Support outreach, research, and building BD pipelines.
• Oversee basic operations: scheduling, client onboarding, documentation, and simple SOP creation.
• Coordinate workshops, wellness events, and cross‑border JB–Singapore logistics.
• Provide recommendations, structure, and strategic support to the founder.

Requirements

• 4–8 years’ experience in BD, healthcare management, clinic operations, corporate wellness, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin.
• Confident, organised, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable attending meetings in Singapore when needed (transport provided).
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, Canva.
• Interest in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or wellness is an advantage.
