Job description

Assisting to oversee overall maintenance service operation which include but not limited to building maintenance, cleanliness maintenance of facilities/common areas, car park, swimming pool maintenance and other related services.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a field relevant to field operations.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies that relate to security management and communication.
• Ability to relate to military culture, staff and structures.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enforce security policies, procedures and SOPs for commercial, retail and residential zones.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including patrolling, access control, CCTV monitoring and emergency response.
• Ensure full compliance with local laws, regulations, and building by-laws.
• Manage parking and traffic control within the property.
• Conduct roll-calls, marching drills and routine night inspection/spot checks.
• Design and deliver training programs covering emergency response, customer service, crisis management and conflict resolution.
• Plan, organize and supervise fire drills, evacuation exercises, and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct security risk assessments and recommend improvement across all areas of the development.
• Investigate incidents, obtain statements from involved parties and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
• Supervise and ensure the functionality of security systems including CCTV, access control, intercom and alarm systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report for management review.
• Manage budgets for security operations, equipment and manpower.
