About the role

In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy across the organisation.   • Developing and implementing effective sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company's customer base.
  • Overseeing and managing the sales team, providing strong leadership, coaching and mentoring.
  • Analysing sales data and market trends to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Representing the company at industry events and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
