Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales (Automotive) to lead and manage the sales function across our dealership(s). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, developing high-performing sales teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee outlet sales operations
  • Achieve sales targets including volume, revenue, margin, and conversion rates
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales advisor
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI scores
  • Collaborate with marketing for roadshow and on the ground activities
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates with enthusiasm and a big desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
