🔹 Strategic Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of Network Solution Architects, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Define and evolve the enterprise networking solution strategy in alignment with business growth, customer demand, and technology trends.
• Establish architecture governance frameworks, design standards, and review processes to ensure consistency and quality across solutions.

🔹 Sales Enablement & Business Growth

• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Product teams to identify strategic opportunities, shape go-to-market offerings, and support complex deal pursuits.
• Drive solution innovation and differentiation to win new business and expand existing accounts.
• Represent the architecture function in executive-level customer engagements and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee the development of high-impact, scalable, and secure networking solutions across SD-WAN, cloud, cybersecurity, wireless, and hybrid environments.
• Guide the team in conducting feasibility studies, technical trials, and vendor evaluations.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, cost, compliance, and implementation timelines.
• Partner with Product, Strategy, and Technology teams to align solution roadmaps with emerging technologies and market trends.
• Influence investment decisions and product development through deep technical insight and customer feedback.
• Drive integration of network solutions with broader enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.

🔹 Innovation & Emerging Technology Readiness

• Champion the adoption of next-gen technologies (e.g., AI-driven networking, edge computing, satellite broadband) to enhance solution capabilities.
• Maintain thought leadership in the networking domain through industry engagement, vendor collaboration, and internal knowledge sharing.
