Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Strategic Workforce Planning: Shape long‑ and short‑term talent strategies to meet evolving business needs while ensuring cost efficiency and agility.
  • Lead HR Transformation: Oversee all core HR functions—talent acquisition, performance management, rewards, organizational development, and culture—aligning them with business objectives.
  • Champion Talent Development & Engagement: Build future‑ready capabilities, foster career growth, and create a high‑performance culture through competitive rewards and learning initiatives.
  • Influence at Leadership Level: Partner with senior stakeholders and the Board to secure alignment on HR strategies, using data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making.
  • Ensure Compliance & Operational Excellence: Maintain robust HR systems, policies, and processes that meet regulatory standards while optimizing manpower utilisation and cost effectiveness.
  • Shape Organizational Culture: Cultivate an environment of collaboration, service excellence, and industrial harmony to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Comes with around 10‑12 years of strategic HR management experience.

Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must‑have.

  • Someone who is agile and thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments would succeed in this role.
  • Prior experience in performance management and/or rewards is an added advantage.
