About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Head of Digital Transformation to spearhead end-to-end digitalisation initiatives across the GBS organisation.

You will drive process improvement, lead automation strategy, introduce new digital capabilities, and partner closely with senior leadership to elevate efficiency, service delivery, and customer experience.

This is a strategic and high-influence role — ideal for a senior leader who is passionate about transformation, technology adoption, and building future-ready operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the organisation’s transformation, digitalisation, and automation roadmap.
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement the GBS technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and standards to ensure scalability and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and global stakeholders to drive transformation programs.
  • Oversee change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Build and lead a high-performing transformation and digital team.
  • Present regular progress updates, risks, and insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in shared services, operations, or enterprise process transformation.
  • 7+ years leading complex transformation, digitalisation, or system implementation initiatives.
  • Strong experience in GBS/Shared Services, including cross-border stakeholder management.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise systems, automation solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong financial and business case development skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
