Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve company sales and profitability goals.

2. Lead the Category team in planning, organizing, and managing all commercial activities.

3. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.

4. Ensure optimal product assortment and inventory levels to meet consumer demand.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

6. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise.

7. Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

8. Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track commercial performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial or category management role within the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
