Head of Administrative Affairs
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the company’s administrative functions. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, coordinating resources, and managing a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, supporting the company's strategic goals and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement departmental plans that align with the company’s strategy and ensure administrative objectives support business growth.
- Team Leadership & Management: Oversee the daily operations of administrative, security, and logistics teams, ensuring effective task delegation, performance management, and team development.
- Administrative Operations Coordination: Manage key administrative activities, including receptions, meetings, document flow, and external communications.
- Operational Efficiency Improvement: Lead the management and inspection of office and production areas, ensuring effective resource allocation and operational optimization.
- Comprehensive Support & Reporting: Assist management in identifying operational issues and preparing reports to support decision-making.
- Employee Welfare & Benefits: Manage employee welfare matters and ensure the company’s commitment to staff well-being.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience: 5-8 years in administrative management, including at least 3 years of team leadership.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong written communication skills.
- Mandarin speaking is a must, with Malay and English fluency is required.
