Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the company’s administrative functions. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, coordinating resources, and managing a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, supporting the company's strategic goals and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement departmental plans that align with the company’s strategy and ensure administrative objectives support business growth.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Oversee the daily operations of administrative, security, and logistics teams, ensuring effective task delegation, performance management, and team development.
  • Administrative Operations Coordination: Manage key administrative activities, including receptions, meetings, document flow, and external communications.
  • Operational Efficiency Improvement: Lead the management and inspection of office and production areas, ensuring effective resource allocation and operational optimization.
  • Comprehensive Support & Reporting: Assist management in identifying operational issues and preparing reports to support decision-making.
  • Employee Welfare & Benefits: Manage employee welfare matters and ensure the company’s commitment to staff well-being.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
