Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur within the Culinary Department, the Head Food Checker (Chinese Cuisine) is responsible for the preparation, service, hygiene quality and presentation across Banquet, All‑Day Dining, Club Floor and a la carte. The Head Food Checker reports to the Executive Chinese Chef/Chinese Sous Chef.
