Responsibilities
  • Create innovative and appealing menus based on market trends and customer preferences.
  • Oversee recipe development, ensuring a balance of creativity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparations and kitchen operations.
