HANDYMAN
POSITION GOALS
  • Assist in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including technical, maintenance, operations and vendor monitoring.
  • Provide services on daily basis to help deliver a safe, comfortable and conducive workplace for the building occupants.
  • Specialize in building maintenance and service improvement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting daily operations of building and employee services, specifically focus in correcting building and facilities defects. This includes but not limit to:

  • Perform basic/first level maintenance, make good and installation tasks
  • Attend to and making good of building or building system defects
  • Conduct inspections and proactive activies
  • Manage soft- service preventive and corrective maintenance: floor, wall, ceiling, roofing, equipment, furniture, etc.
REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Technical background (relevant certificate/diploma)
  • At least 1 year experience in facilities in similar capacity
  • Solid knowledge and experience with common installations and fixtures in buildings
  • Ability to work with standard trade equipment and power tools.
  • Customer service oriented, strong sense of responsibility
