Job summary

JOB PURPOSE

This is a hands‑on position whose duties include assisting with repairing, maintaining, adjusting, calibrating and installing equipment to ensure proper operations. In addition, activities related to facility upkeep and maintaining the physical facilities in good working order.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform facility maintenance activities according to the policies and procedures and contribute to facility appearance.
  • Perform required tasks to ensure the implementation of the preventive maintenance schedule in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on damaged or malfunctioning equipment and make repairs where necessary.
  • Participate or conduct in facility operations duties when requested.
  • Conduct painting, carpentry, manual handling and plumbing responsibilities.
  • Manage facility waste removal.
Health & Safety
  • Perform regular check on the school facilities to identify health and safety hazard.
  • Implement action plan to resolve any health and safety hazard identified.
Driver Duties
  • Drive the company vehicle to send/fetch students for school related activities.
  • Service upkeep and ensure cleanliness of company vehicle.
Others
  • Provide support in any school events as and when required.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
