Job summary

  • Maintain and restore minor defects in masonry, painting, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.
  • Keep a record of all mechanical and electrical parts changed.
  • Carry out additional duties as required by the Building Supervisor/Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To perform periodic check, record and report on the condition of all electrical equipment, components and pump motors.

2. To attend to minor repairs highlighted by Residents in respect of common area facilities.

3. To attend, replace, change and modify faulty minor electrical components and light fittings in the common area.

4. To upkeep, maintain and restore minor defects eg. masonry, painting, electrical, plumbing or carpentry work. Major defects shall be referred and carried out by appointed independent contractors after the necessary approvals from Building Supervisor/Manager had been obtained.

5. To keep a proper record of all mechanical and electrical parts changed or replaced.

6. To carry out any other duties as may be required by the Building Supervisor / Manager as and when they arise in connection with the management of the condominium.
