Job summary

A leading medical device company in Malaysia is seeking a Supervisor for their Warehouse. This role involves supervising warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and managing the movement of goods. The ideal candidate should have significant supervisory experience in warehouse environments, solid mathematical skills, and familiarity with international shipping. Candidates must also be physically capable of performing manual tasks and proficient with forklift operations. A diploma and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of related experience, with at least two years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Familiarity with international shipping processes.
• Must be able to routinely lift and carry 5-40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse and inventory control activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage cycle counts.
• Ensure accurate addressing and preparation of bills of lading.

Skills

General mathematical skills

Experience in warehouse and distribution systems

Ability to follow oral and written communication

Knowledge of 5S and lean-manufacturing methods

Experience in control of documents and material tracking

Education

STPM or diploma

Forklift and or Reach-truck certificate
