Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, preferable those with a Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management.
• Height: 160 cm for males and 157 cm for females.
• Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Pleasant personality.
• Knowledge in Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in and check-out transactions.
• Key in customer data in GHPMS.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Post charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone to guest folio.
• Make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests.
