Job summary

Sunway Medical Centre Bandar Sunway is Hiring!

Job Scope:

Manage and follow up in obtaining Initial Guarantee Letter (IGL)/Final Guarantee Letter (FGL) for insurance patients.

Ensure details and information for IGL/FGL applications are accurate to ensure a smooth and fast issuance.

Monitor closely for maximum limits of patients and inform patients accordingly if bill size has reached maximum limits.

Liaise closely with consultants for deferments from insurance companies.

Liaise closely with insurance providers on issues that may arise during GL applications.

Verify insurance benefits assigned to our hospital to determine if insurance coverage meets the standard of admission in defined policy.

Assist in ad-hoc task/project assigned.

Job Requirements:

Higher Secondary/STPM/A-Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.

Preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Skills: Microsoft Office, organization, interpersonal, problem solving, self-initiative, multitask, responsive, independent, and communication.

Willing to weekends and public holidays.
