Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage design projects from concept to final production, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with client objectives
• Design and produce various marketing materials, including but not limited to print and digital ads, brochures, packaging, and social media graphics
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and effectively communicate the client's message
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, ensuring their growth and development within the team
• Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
