Job description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Dynamic Money Sdn Bhd in our Seberang Perai Penang office. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs to support our digital and search marketing initiatives. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualise and design engaging visual content for use across our digital marketing platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand requirements and translate them into visually compelling designs
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all design work adheres to our established brand guidelines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within set deadlines
• Continuously stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to enhance the visual appeal of our digital assets
• Provide creative input and assist in the development of new marketing strategies and campaigns

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design
• Experience in creating digital assets for various platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive, creative, and adaptable to changing requirements and trends
